Investment Thesis
Equity investment is a special art of foreseeing the future which is created and built today. We are thrilled and honored to dedicate our funds, time and efforts in order to participate in this process. We do it with a sincere intention not just to earn money via our investments into scalable
DeepTech companies which deserved with their passion, competence, expertise and commitment to grow into sizable, profitable and sustainable businesses. We are interested to support and participate in the concepts and talents targeted to enhance the life of a single human being and the humanity overall. In that respect our mission is to make the world a better place and we do it with open mind.
Pursuing our investment strategy, we are searching for an appropriate balance of risk and reward. The first investment priority are the companies which are raising capital at the expansion stage (pre-A and A rounds). However, the earlier stages could be considered if the potential investee company has managed to establish the strategic partnership or business relations with one or several prospective customers which would provide the secure and scalable market entry for the potential investee company. In line with primary investment our family office considering the secondary deals.

Peter Kiselev serves as CFO of the investment team and brings over 20 years of experience as CFO and COO within international investment platforms and top-quartile equity houses.
Her expertise includes financial management of investment funds totaling USD 350 million, oversight of offshore and international fund structures incorporated in Jersey, Delaware, Cyprus, BVI, DIFC and ADGM, financial and operational control across portfolios of more than 35 companies, and implementation of institutional-grade reporting, compliance and internal controls. Peter Kiselev ensures strong financial governance, transparency and operational discipline across the Fund and its portfolio.

Anna Gurevich is the General Partner of VCUK Global Expansion Fund.
She brings over 25 years of experience in international Private Equity and Venture Capital. Throughout her career, she has structured, developed and managed multiple PE and VC funds with total capital under management exceeding USD 250 million, investing across developed and frontier markets.
Her experience spans fund formation, deal sourcing, execution, portfolio management and exit strategies, with a strong focus on growth equity and expansion-stage investments.
